Search for parcels, addresses, and places:
Search by address, parcel number, owner name, subdivision, or Township-Range-Section Search a city or town name (e.g. Carlin) to outline its limits Search a business or place name (e.g. Starbucks) to open the parcel it sits on Use the dropdown to the left of the search box to search one category at a time Click in the search box to see your recent searches Click a result to zoom and view details
Bookmarks
Jump to preset locations or save your own views Enter a name and click Save Current View
Layers
Toggle parcel, roads, and imagery layers on/off Search layers, show only the visible ones, or reset to the default set
Aerial Imagery Year
Open Layers, then Aerial Imagery, to choose an EagleView year Where a year has no coverage, the most recent available year shows instead
Basemaps
Switch between aerial imagery, topo, and street maps
Legend
View symbology for currently visible layers
Zoom to Places
Navigate to a city/town or subdivision Select from dropdown lists to zoom to an area
Coordinates
Shown live in the corner of the map as you move the cursor (or the map center, on touch devices) Click ⌖ to enable capture mode, then click the map to copy coordinates Click the ▲ to choose Decimal Degrees, Degrees-Minutes-Seconds, or State Plane
Measurement
Measure distance or area on the map Click points to draw; double-click, or tap Finish on touch, to complete
Print
Export the current map view as PDF, PNG, or JPG Add a title and choose a layout size

Select a parcel, then click Select Nearby in the popup — or choose a distance in the Select Parcels panel Results list at the bottom of the map; hover a row to highlight it Or switch to Lasso/Rectangle and drag on the map to draw a search area
Property Details
Click Full property details in a parcel popup to view assessment data Includes valuation, building data, sales history, and plat maps
Find My Location
Tap the GPS crosshair icon in the top-left of the map Your browser will ask permission the first time On mobile, uses GPS for best accuracy
Share Link
Click the link icon in the header to copy a shareable URL Blue dot indicates a parcel is selected and ready to share
Popup Actions
Zoom to centers the map on that feature Capture Map downloads a snapshot image of the feature
Default View & Compass
The house button (top-left) returns to the default view The compass button (top-left) resets the map to north-up
Dark Mode
Toggle between light and dark themes
